The Chrom-image 3x by Bionis is a high-quality HPTLC documentation system designed to support efficient and precise documentation of chromatographic plates in a wide range of industries. ·        The Chrom-image 3x is a digital HPTLC photo acquisition systems, consisting of a front opening box, allowing easy insertion of chromatographic TLC/HPTLC plates on a stage equipped with positioning pins.
·        Inside the box, three types of illumination are available in visible light or UV254 nm and 366nm.
·        A digital camera allows the acquisition of colour images, all controlled by two applications installed on a PC running Windows 10.
·        After acquisition, the image of TLC plate can be enhanced, modified, exported, and comments, shapes can be added.
·        A complete report can be exported
·        The Chrom-image 3x is dedicated to all types of industries
 
Software
·        Digital acquisition of the image of the TLC/HPTLC plate obtained according to the selected light source (UV254 nm, UV366 nm or visible).
·        Selection of all optimal parameters best suited to the shot. These settings can be saved as methods that can be recalled later when taking similar shots. The number of methods is unlimited. Sample configurations are provided.
·        Image processing: colour, resolution, filters and contrast, etc.
·        Exporting the image to the chosen device (USB key, hard disk, CD-Rom).
·        Different image storage formats: BITMAP, PDF, EPS, TIFF. -Customisation of the name of each image (e.g.: paracetamol_lot 1.jpg).
·        Image exploitation: classic printing, insertion in the report in Word or Excel format allowing to keep a trace of the TLC tests and to add text, to classify the tests obtained in the hard disk according to the chosen criteria (e.g.: by client, by molecule, by sample).
